We also provide dry ice to one of New Orleans' most prominent and respected universities for use in their chemistry department. We are the only 24 hour provider of dry ice in the Greater New Orleans area. This service is provided for businesses or individuals in emergency situations where dry ice is a must have coolant. Louisiana Dry Ice & Shipping does not issue refunds on all perishable and non-perishable food items.  Due to Louisiana Dry Ice & Shipping packaging procedures, to ensure safety and security, we cannot accept returns on all perishable and non-perishable food items. All perishable and non-perishable food orders are processed and shipped on the next business shipping day by Fedex carrier.
